COR - Energy's green innovations reshaping fuel stations

COR-Energy has implemented an innovative conception of energy-efficient solutions on the one fuel station in the Kyiv region. This project is designed to create a new generation of fuel stations. At the moment the construction of this unique fuel station is on the active stage.

How COR-Energy can fasten energy-efficient adoption in the fuel stations?

Our energy efficient conception combines the stylish architecture of the building with a positive energy balance. These solutions will provide not only fuel for vehicles, but also various additional  smart services for efficient energy consumption. Thanks to the international energy-efficient building standard Active House, every detail  on the fuel station will play an important role in independence of energy consumption.

The Active House standard also prioritizes  natural light within the design of a fuel station building, ensuring well-light spaces for customers and staff. Energy-efficient windows are designed with advanced technologies and materials to maximize insulation and reduce heat transfer, helping to lower energy consumption in buildings. An energy-efficient HVAC system  optimizes temperature control while minimizing energy consumption and environmental impact. The heating system based on a geothermal heat pump makes the  building of the fuel station autonomous from the central heating  in the cold season. Rainwater harvesting system will  save on the consumption of water resources. By using and purifying collected rainwater, the environment will be less polluted, the harmful effects of water runoff and dependence on central water supply are limited.

EV-charging Infrastructure 

For the convenience of drivers choosing electric vehicles, we offer high-speed charging stations with various types of connectors and charging ports for electric vehicles, including China’s GB/T standard, as well as AC and DC chargers to ensure versatility and charging speed.

Sustainable outdoor solutions

A 400kWh on the top of the roof of the station and solar canopies will provide energy autonomy during the day, and any excess electricity will be fed into the distribution network, thus optimizing overall energy efficiency and enabling 100% of the fuel station network to consume electricity from renewable sources.

Social & leisure  infrastructure

There will be a green area on the roof of the fuel station where visitors can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. It is also planned to create a children’s playground and a lake, which will provide additional comfort while staying at the station. On the territory of the fuel station there is a restaurant with delicious dishes and a supermarket with a diverse assortment, which adds convenience when visiting them. This approach helps to create a unique place where people can not only refuel their vehicles, but also enjoy a pleasant rest and shopping.
